Start your CrossFit journey in our onboarding program called Foundations. You'll work one on one or in a small group setting with one of our coaches to get in a couple of awesome workouts!
In your sessions, you'll learn a few new movements, a bit about nutrition, and get to know all the ins and outs of Timberhead before joining group classes.
You'll finish Foundations with all of the knowledge you need to stay consistent, and our staff is here to keep you accountable as you begin CrossFit classes.
